The Fountaingrove Golf & Athletic Club’s diverse membership allows individuals, couples, and families to enjoy all aspects of fitness and social enjoyment. Our Juniors Programs are geared toward children aged 4-15. While parents are enjoying the club, their youngsters can participate in a variety of programs to promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
Summer Camps
From June through August, the Fountaingrove Athletic Club offers a variety of summer camps. Half and full day camps are available. Content includes but is not limited to golf, tennis,
aqua-games, basketball, hiking, creative activities, and more. Please contact the Athletic Club reception at 707.521.3219 for details. Sign ups begin in March and spaces are limited.
Junior Tennis Clinics
Our Head Tennis Pro Paul Shepherd offers Junior Tennis Clinics in the Spring and Summer. Please contact Paul for more information on schedule and pricing. Weather permitting, we offer clinics as early as March and throughout the summer.
Fountaingrove Fins Competitive Swim Team
The Fins Swim Team and Pre-Team are coached by Tyler Kaslar. Tyler is gifted in engaging young swimmers in both enjoying the water and training to compete. Our team offers a fun, positive environment for your child to learn and grow as a swimmer. Practice times vary seasonally. Please, consult the Athletic Club reception for current information.
Young Adult Fitness Certification (YAFC)
When our young members reach the age of 12, we offer a Young Adult Fitness Certification which allows them to (while their parents are on club grounds) utilize the Athletic Club facility and Group Exercise classes. The YAFC program consists of 3 sessions with one of our Certified Personal Trainers and will provide your child with an understanding of fitness, gym etiquite, and safety. After the YAFC sessions are complete, your young adult can take advantage of the Athletic Club offerings.
Group Fitness Classes
As a great addition for young athletes, or children not involved in team sports, we offer TigerKick Tae Kwon Do, Kids Zumba, and Kids Yoga throughout the week as an after-school or weekend activity. These 45 minute classes will give your child the feeling of being a part of the Club that’s designed just for them. Our instructors are very positive and engaging, helping every child to feel successful. Please consult our Group Exercise Schedule for class times and fees.
